We have a temporary need until 12/31/2026! We are looking for a National Retention Specialist. This will be onsite.

Must be flexible o hours. The work schedule will vary from 5:00AM to 9:00AM, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for candidates that have property management experience.

Strong customer service-facing skills

Ability to de-escalate and learn quickly.

Duties:

Responsible for preparing and distributing lease renewal packages to Residents

Follow up and ensure the Residents have received and understand their renewal offers, coordinate property inspections, verify compliance with Renter's Insurance requirements and facilitate successful lease renewals.

Must have excellent customer service skills

Extremely organized, detailed oriented, must be able to deal with situations and issues proactively and persistently.

Prior Property Management experience is preferred

Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.

Must have recent work experience.
